“Wow! Such a great spot and perfect for my trip. Convenient, easy to access, and close to everything, this loft was just awesome. Clean, roomy, well-equipped, and uncluttered space to unwind after air travel, rental car, and stressful day. The directions to access came through a timely email and Kris, the Host was extremely responsive via email. “Such a quaint and cozy cabin on the river. I love being so close to and one with nature, while still having a warm bed and running water :) such a peaceful deck to sit and listen to birds, watch the river and pet Louie, the sweetest dog ever!”

“Beautiful penthouse! Very welcoming and friendly host. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets. The view of the river was great! The property is super clean and linens are very nice. Loved our stay in Waverly!”

“This flat was a perfect homebase as I visited family in the area. It was equipped with everything I needed, and was a really cute space in a wonderful location along the river and overlooking the movie theater across the street. The directions for check-in and parking were clear and easy to follow. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. The space was very usable, including closet space. I will definitely book this flat in the future!”

“The house was clean and generally worked well for us. The only problem that we had was that there were no railings on the front porch which made it somewhat difficult getting in and out of the house.”

“Staff was unresponsive to questions in expedia app. Very far parking for accessible options and no help finding parking when we arrived. Fingernails, as in fake USED nails, had been left all over the bathroom floor. Restaurant was overpriced and mediocre. Wouldn't stay again.”

I was in town for my daughter's high school competition and we spent all day (8+ hrs) at the high school and called ahead to make sure our room was ready by the time we'd be there and they said yes. We arrived an hr after check in only to be told we would have to wait another hr or so. I had exhausted kids ready to crash and the front desk receptionist could not give me a time frame. “A really cool hotel with very friendly staff. The only down side was the breakfast that wasn’t fully included. You got a voucher to use in the neighboring cafe, but it wasn’t enough to cover a full breakfast and the cafe was closed on Mondays. However, the cafe was great!”
