“We spent to wonderful nights at this hotel in the heart of BSB. The staff was very helpful and sincerely kind and interested. Every staff member we met greeted us with a big smile and wanted to make sure we had a nice experience of the hotel and of Brunei. “Spacious and clean rooms. Old style as no renovation since opening 2000. Cool asmosphere as this is probably the only chance to stay in an old palace. Food expensive and not tasty although we didn’t discover the restaurant at 6 floor until last day”

“the staff on reception are very Helpful. the room is adequate for a business trip for an engineer. the bed was not the most comfiest i have ever stayed in but the room was clean and tidy as could be made like others i have stayed in in this area they are tired and could do with a sprucing up but with the price per night being as it is you can not complain to much, does not have a restaurant but a coffee shop attached , very nice coffee and cakes ”

“Nice Hotel for a short stay @ Kuala Belait. However, the food is not so great, honestly. Especially breakfast doesn't have much variety. Staff is super helpful & service is excellent.”
