“Warning, do not rent a room here. Stay away. This place is full of false advertising. They have an extra hidden fee that they don’t show online that they force you to pay when you rent a room here. Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever...

“Starting from the front desk, the owner is the one who checked me in n he was very professional, friendly. The air freshner he uses in the lobby n halls smells so good! The rooms, all i can say OMG...my room was very clean, the decor is beautiful and, no chipped furniture, well stocked of towels. I will definitely come back here. If ur in the area come stay here, u'll be happy that u did.”

“Love the ambiance, quirky. In the middle of Chicago, so one side window was facing a parking garage and the other was other hotel rooms, but had really cool arty mannequins “flying”. Beds were comfortable, bathroom small but nice.”
