“Very nice and cozy spot! Came up for a bit of fishing, and the beds did not disappoint. Very comfortable. Had a very nice weekend, will return in the future!! Thank you for having us!”

“We wanted to get away for a couple days to see fall colors and hike near Starved Rock. This little house in the small town of DePue IL perfectly met our expectations. We had a great time looking at all the interesting decorations. While in DePue be sure to get a pork tenderloin at Casford’s Crossing!”

“We were looking for a great home to just hang out with our family. This location was perfect with so many things to do. The home is nicely furnished and comfortable. They offer many fun things to keep occupied. The only thing to make this better would be a heated pool; however, the price of this property was perfect, so we were fine without. I would highly recommend booking this home. ”

“Overall, this was a nice place to stay. My kids really enjoyed the air hockey and retro video games. Another plus is that this inside a resort and minutes from starved rock entrance. There are 3 actual beds and two air mattresses. This worked fine for our family but I’m not sure that is clear on the listing. Main complaint is that the sofa is not comfortable and could use replacing. The host was responsive and made check in easy. I would recommend this place and would stay there again. ”

“Had a wonderful trip. This apartment is set up nicely. It overlooks the street that is blocked off for outdoor eating at the local restaurants. The shower is HUGE. It was a great anniversary getaway spot for my husband and I. We ate at some of the local spots, hiked in the parks, explored local towns. Everything was so convenient. Highly recommend!”

“Best unit in the complex! Gorgeous, thoughtful decor and finishes. Comfy furniture and updated bathroom and kitchen. We have stayed at other units and will come back to this one for sure. Great communication with owner. ”

“We LOVED our vacation at the farmhouse! It was a great location for the activities we had planned (mainly hiking in the nearby state parks). It was large enough for us all to have our own space, yet still cozy. It was quiet and peaceful, and we were sad to leave! If we come back to the area, I will absolutely plan the trip around staying here again! ”

“Such a cute place! We had everything that we could have needed! Bed was super comfy! Slept 12 hours!!!! Ideal locale for a girls night, or a spot with your special someone. ! We will all be back!”
