“When I arrived at the property, they wouldn’t honor the reservation or Expedia price so at 1 am after a long day of travel, I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get it resolved on my own as the staff wasn’t of much help at the property. Room was old and everything was worn. 2 out of the 3 bath towels were dirty and disgusting. “Stayed here overnight and it was a great experience! Super clean, easy check-in process, and they also serve a great breakfast in the morning!”

“Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. “Complementary breakfast was offered when booked from 6am-11am, and only coffee was offered at premises. There was also a sign of breakfast from 6-11am and was not available. Booked a room for non smokers and was given a smoking room and was informed they did not have any nonsmoking rooms available. The room had peeling paint off the walls, hanging plaster from the ceiling and candy wrappers on the floor. There was no phone in the room. Only 2 set of towels for a party of 3 with double beds....

“There was a green tent behind the parking lot and there was a needle in the grass and the place was terrible never again They have people that lives there and hotel stays Rooms should be free The room I had almost everything was broken Good luck ”

“Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money….”
