“Well, my first vacation started horrible at this "motel". I booked my stay here for the sole purpose of having a "smoking room" but when I arrived none were available which is ridiculous since I paid for one and booked it almost a week prior. The place is ran by indians who barely speak English and have no clue what proper customer service is. Hot tub??? Where?? I looked all over the property and seen none! “Nothing worked and i was given the wrong room. Microwave didnt turn and extremely dirty.(didn’t use) everywhere i looked i was extremely disgusting. Pillows was dirty and there was no phone. “The room was not properly cleaned and did not smell fresh. There was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the air and on the pillows, and the bed cover had a small burn hole from a cigarette. The hallway also appeared unclean and had an unpleasant smell. On a positive note, the bathroom was properly cleaned and in good working condition.”
