“När vi checkade in hade vi blivit uppgraderade från 2 dubbelrum till ett dubbelrum och en lägenhet helt utan kostnad. Stora fina rum och väldigt tillmötesgående personal som tom kunde ordna glutenfri pizza på kvällen. Det som kan vara en nackdel är om man vill ligga på stranden för vad vi såg och hittade var det bara klippstrand. Inget problem för oss då vi höll till vid poolen.”

“Helt ok hotell för priset. Spa-avdelningen är inget särskilt, och restaurangen var riktigt dålig dock. Men poolen var schysst och väldigt din utsikt från poolområdet. Konstiga öppettider på poolen (stängd 13-17) men folk verkade inre bry sig så mycket om det utan badade ändå.”

“If you want to make a small journey towards Etna, i suggest you stay at this B & B. It is located in a small nice village where you can enjoy a good Sicilian dinner in accomplishment with nice locally produced wine. The tips provided from the B & B are really nice. The rooms are nice and clean, and our beds where good. The five stars come from the really price worthy stay that we had, one of my best during forty years of traveling.”

“The apartment is exactly as described and how it looks in the pictures. The apartment is large with plenty of rooms and space. The location is great, just a couple of blocks from the Duomo and the main square. Plenty of great restaurants within a couple of blocks. Massimo's daughter Ambra was there to meet us at the apartment to tell us everything we needed to know. She was great and her english was excellent.”

“Die Villa liegt oberhalb des Ortes Giarre, ca. 10 km die sehr kurvige Straße hoch. Da der Ätna einige Tage zuvor Asche ausgestoßen hatte, waren die Reinigungskräfte bei unserer Ankunft noch dabei, die Außenanlage zu säubern. Die Übergabe klappte dennoch reibungslos. Leider verfügt die Villa nicht über die von Deutschen gerne genutzte Filter Kaffeemaschine, es waren jedoch zwei Espressomaschinen vorhanden. Nach anfänglich hitziger Diskussion stellte sich unser Vermieter als ausgesprochen nett,...

"Hotellet är toppen men ligger lite långt feån staden. Begränsat med möjligheter att äta i närheten. Maten på hotellet jättebra men dyr. Frukosten inte femstjärnig men absolut inte dålig. Pool och strandbryggan mycket trevlig. Barn jar svårt att bada från bryggan i havet. Rekommenderas för några dagars avkoppling. "

"Rummet hade gamla skitna heltäckningsmattor, stenhård säng som var på ett loft. Minibaren fungerade inte kylan på, överlag var hotellet väldigt gammalt och slitet. Borde inte ligga på mer än 2 stjärnor. Läget var bra. Fanns ingen bar i hotellet, blev hänvisade till en bar ett kvarter bort. Frukost ok. Enda hotellet som tog betalt för en flaska vatten från varma minibaren. Ena hissen trasig. "

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

"Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Despite booking specifically for the pool and beach, both were closed due to alleged "bad weather"—even though conditions by the pool were calm they kept it closed all afternoon and evening. The air conditioning in our room was initially non-functional and only fixed after multiple complaints. The lunch we were served was shockingly low quality—what appeared to be a frozen pizza and a dry, pale toast with just cheese. This was far below what one would expect in Italy. Additionally, the rooms felt dated and poorly maintained. We noticed dirty baseboards, and there was trash left in the closet from previous guests. To top it off, a light on the smoke detector blinked intensely all night, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel is also poorly located, far from the city, surrounded by abandoned facilities and littered beaches, right next to a busy road in a very rundown and neglected area. This made our stay even more disappointing, as the surroundings were far from the relaxing environment we had hoped for. When we raised these concerns with management, they were dismissive and unwilling to offer any reasonable compensation. Given the high price point, the lack of access to key amenities, and the poor handling of our complaints, I cannot recommend this hotel. It’s overpriced and fails to deliver on its promises."
