“Rooms are a bit older but very clean. Beds not the most comfortable but otherwise no complaints. The staff, especially Levi, really went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. We had an issue with a tour not showing up (due to vehicle issue) and Levi was very responsive and helpful!”

“+ Good location, a short walk to Town. We loves the lush garden , lots of birds incl Tucans. Nice pool.

“Gaia Riverlodge was great!. Excellent service, very good food and beautiful scenery and setting of the rainforest and overlooking a waterfall. The tours and guides were also very much enjoyed. Learned alot about Belize, Mayan culture and the rainforest. Highly recommend the whole experience.”

“We stayed in one of the cabanas and it was nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had good food, even if the service for breakfast was a bit slow. It has a really good location next to the Cahal Pech Archeological Reserve, which should not be missed. The hotel is on top pf a pretty steep hill, but the walk from town was not too bad, and you can easily take a taxi if you are not up for the walk. We had a rental car and from the lodge it was easy to reach Xunantunich and the...
