"Nice boutique hotel with perfect location in old town."

"The hotel didn’t live up to my expectations. The check in was way too slow. Guests were waiting but the reception continued in a really really slow pace. How hard can it be to take a copy of a passport, get the payment and leave a receipt and a key? As a Hotels.com Silver member I was supposed to get a bottle of wine. I forgot to remind them but none showed up. The AC didn’t work or they shut it off during every nights. If I pay for a room with AC, I expect to get that. The wifi also failed several times."

"Ett stort hotell med möjlighet att ordna störa fester, tyvärr innebär det att man kan bli störd av ljud från fester och gäster. Spa avdelning inriktad på behandlingar, ingen tillgänglighet till pool eller spapool. Bar inriktad på kaffe, sparsamt med utbud av alkoholhaltiga drycker. Bra parkering. Nära till Tunnel of life. Lätt att gå till spårvagn och åka till centrum."

"Staff was wonderful but this hotel is in dire need of an refreshing update. Felt very old, the walls were creaking all day and night, felt like it was falling apart. Breakfast was not acceptable."

"Wasn’t that far to walk to the city centre but quite steep on the way back as the hotel is on a hill. No bar either which would have been great. Nice breakfast, very clean and room excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful as well. Also had their ”own” cat who came in during the evening and hit the couch at the entrance:)."
