“We have stayed here the last 5 years during Rockfest and have never had any complaints. The staff is very courteous and helpful, and the rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided has always had plenty of options. The room rate is very reasona le too, especially during high volume due to rockfest.”

“Beautiful place. New big deck was awesome. We sat outside on both decks. Had a nice fire. Bar restaurant up the road was great. Waitress told us about a lake 30min out. By fair amazing place. Bring a cooler and grill you will love it. Wazee Lake is a must go. Loved that they had dvd for us to play. Kids loved the old 80 90 movies. Only thing cd for music. You get no phone or wifi. It was fine for us as we loved that it was just Family time. This is a amazing Hidden Treasure. We will be back to...

“The only thing that confused me were instructions for sanitizing dishes which made think that maybe the water wasn’t safe for drinking. I requested a late check out and the owner was easy to reach and oked that. Very satisfactory ”

“The property and water smelled like sewage. We were told to let the water run. The smell still persisted so we were unable to shower at the property. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. There were dead bees and lady bugs in the carpet. The bedding was not fresh it smelled musty. The WiFi did not work and there is very little reception in that particular area so communicating with others was difficult. The lights upstairs did not work. Considering all of these issues I would have...

“Small place that was perfect for our needs. There are a couple steps inside - up one to living room and down one to bathroom, which our blind dog struggled with, but it was fine - just an FYI. Nice side yard space and location close to trails and restaurants in Hatfield. ”
