“Location is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good. However for the number of stars the hotel have it’s a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”

“Terrible experience, the worst experience, not just bad, was a disaster. First, the photos differ vastly from what we actually found upon arrival, and considering the price seemed excessive. At check-in the rooms were located very far apart. Key cards didn't work, so going back to the front desk to solve the issue. “The front desk was amazing! They were very helpful. We went during one of the World Cup games and you wouldn't have known, we didn't have any issues with the breakfast or parking even with the hotel being fully booked. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, and water was hot. It was quiet. The breakfast had traditional hotel breakfast items but it was really good and there was plenty of it. I would definitely book here again just based on the cleanliness and hotel staff!”

“I was there for Netherlands Orange Bus fan walk. Really close to Power and Light plaza where match was played on large screens and was the start of fan walk. Went to coffee shop around the corner. Didn't get hotel breakfast. Room had large bottles of lotion, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. TV in middle of room was odd. I rather have sofa in the middle, and TV by the wall so watch from the bed. Have to request to get fridge and microwave in room, otherwise you won't get it. I had asked for...

“Was unaware this property is in foreclosure and changing hands, but the staff was excellent and helpful. The restaurant was well run with very good food and reasonable prices. The outdoor pool deck could use attention, and the pool was freezing cold so we didn’t get in. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the Plaza, so we sat outside morning and evening.
