“The staff was so friendly and inviting. Very clean room the TV wasn’t very useful and attached to an odd spot of the room but didn’t really matter to us. Great location to amphitheater 15 min walk or 6 min scooter.”

“It was pretty cheap but the elevators were disgusting. I was there for six days and I told the front office that I never got any service: no towels, no sheets. There was a sign that said that they were trying to conserve water and energy so they only service rooms every three days. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told that I had to call and arrange for fresh towels and cleaning. Next time I will pay for a little more service.”

“I arrived around midnight after several flights and the young lady behind the counter was pleasant and helpful!! U had to be back up and out by 5am the next morning and she let me know she would prepare fresh coffee by 4:40 so i would have something hot to start my day off. I couldn't not be more grateful by that simple gesture, she was so sweet!!!”

“This hotel is bare-bones but perfectly good for a guest who is not planning to spend time in the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, but didn't know the answer to one of my questions. The location is excellent for flying out of RIC airport.”

“Our shower did not drain and we had to shower in standing water. Our room refrigerator was not clean and had frozen water all over the inside. There was hammer drilling going on in the room above ours two of the three days we were there. The staff was quite rude with us in regard to the construction that was never mentioned.”

“The location is very good for foot access to downtown and short drive to museum .”

“Very nice, clean, and safe hotel. We are on a roadtrip and were able to do some laundry and use weight room. Front office staff at time of check-in was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.”

“Väldigt serviceinriktad personal som hjälpte till med det mesta! ”
