“The staff was not very helpful. I had to ask where my room was and how to get there. They were not very helpful with finding a good place to eat. He told me Noone eats around here. Smh”

“I would never recommend this place it was filthy, recliner had holes in it, smelled like smoke. I actually feared for my safety as soon as we got there we did not stay. I was watched by a man opening his door watching us as we went up the stairs.”

“Very disappointed in the stay.upon arrival I stood in the lobby 10 minutes waiting for someone to come check me in or atleast acknowledge that a customer was there. Get room key and everything is down hill from there. Room was dirty and had a musty odor. Was supposed to be a none smoking room, but had cigarette burns on the bedding. “Yes. Hot tub was hot. Heaters close by. Lovely space around it with an outdoor shower. Cullman had so much to do and location was very convenient. The hosts were very responsive. The decor blew us away. Candles were delightful. ”

“Old coffee filters left in coffee pots of both rooms we rented. Shampoo had be used in one of the rooms. No coffee the next morning in breakfast area. Poor selection of breakfast glad McDonald's is across the parking lot. Left my granddaughters stroller and had to argue with the owner to get it back after we told her the rooms we stayed in. ”
