“Needed a hair dryer in the room, but all else as great. Check in was easy and the evening desk person was SUPER helpful. Accidentally left my glasses in the room, and when I called they had them and we’re ready to coordinate mailing them back to me. I would definitely stay there again. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. ”

“Noise from sliding entrance door to the hotel below our room. Could hear snoring from room next to ours. Bed was not comfortable.”

“This is my 2nd visit to this Fairfield Inn Cullman, AL. Once for a wedding and this time for a volleyball tournament. I love the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the front desk staff! Thank you for another enjoyable stay! ”

“Outside of Hotel does not look like the pictures. It is in not great area, hotel staff that helped when we got there was not friendly at all. We had three people and the room we had got was a queen with sofa bed. No bedding for sofa bed was in the room. Called down and asked for some and she basically told me I could come get it. I’m paying 140 for one night so I asked them to bring it to me, it came in a garbage bag. Was not impressed with the attitude of the staff. Room was clean . Breakfast...

“The staff was great. Room was clean. Tv was horrible. When we mentioned this to the staff we were told yeah tvs are terrible. Breakfast buffet was inedible. We have stayed sleep inns before and this is the worst of all. We won’t be back. ”

“Clean place. Excellent and nice staff. Internet was down when we were there. If you were put on the second floor, you had to walk up several flight of stairs. There is no elevators available, so those with elderly and children be careful!”

“Friendly staff. Clean room, nice attention to detail on the fixtures. Comfortable mattresses. Quick stop over, so didnt get a chance to check out the pool. Hotel stay worked well for us, would stay again.”

“There was no soap shampoo in the rooms. Mid way through my first night i was told i was being moved to a different room. When I opened the mini fridge there was a roll of sausage that was spoiled. The breakfast was minimal on Saturday nothing was offered on Sunday. The staff was non existent except when i was told.to change rooms. It was not a good experience. ”

“The room was in unacceptable condition. There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor. Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded...
