“Always a pleasure residing here. Pleasant staff; always available to help”

“The staff is always very welcoming and pleasant. We had a small issue with our room (floor was wet near the ac unit) but staff on duty had us moved into an upgraded, newer room that was quite nice and had done so within a few minutes. Overall great place and we will visit again.”

“Bra hotell och bra läge för att uppleva Portland”

“Stayed in a King bed Studio-type room. “The staff were pleasant and professional. The rooms had nice views and were clean.”

“Beautiful hotel, great location.”

“Massage chair in room was an unexpected perk. Overall cleanliness could’ve been better. Worst thing was the very small bathroom with the toilet being so low & would pull away from wall when you sat on it & Water pressure horrible. Two separate vanity set-ups helpful.”
