“My room was very small and very unpractical. And the carpet was full of stains which wasn't nice at all. ”

“Lovely stay, the pool area thought is in need of updating. It’s looking v tired and run down and doesn’t represent the rest of the hotel ”

“Ett bra hotell som ligger i ett bra läge i Luton. Personalen hjälpsam och trevlig. Bra parkering bakom hotellet.”

“Stayed in one of the VIP rooms. However, wasn't one with the jacuzzi which seemed a little misleading based on the description. Arrived at the spa for them to have no record of us and waited for them to sort it out which considering the paying for club access is kind of a mood killer. That said the spa is nice and the treatment was fantastic. One of the upstairs shower rooms has mould on the wall which again isn't acceptable. However the venue is lovely. “Smelled curry and cannabis in the corridors. The iron in the room was destroyed and luckily I found out before using it so I didn’t destroy my white shirt. ”

“Ett billigt hotell med det basala för en övernattning mellan två flyg.”

“Bra service, fräscha rum, nära tågstation och flyg!”

We did and the guest relations sent an email back saying accounts will refund us IF the charge was taken twice in 3-7 days. Accidents happen but this has been dealt with incredibly poorly and...

“Jättebra i regel! Lite undermålig frukostbuffé!”

“Good sized clean room with bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a shared lounge and kitchen area too. Excellent location for Luton airport, only about 7ish minutes drive. Off road parking was helpful too. Would highly recommend for an airport stopover.”

“Hotel is nice, staff is super friendly, breakfast is good. Be aware, if you arrive by train the hotel is far away from the train station, buses go on a regular basis from the shoppingcenter nearby but they stop service rather early in the evening wich means you need a cab to get there. ”

“The hotel is a bit old and in need of refurbishment. With that said clean and in a good location.”

“Horrible, no toilet paper, filthy toilet, total lack of service. I will never go there again and I will not recommend anyone to use this hotel. Should have checked the Tripadvisor pictures for reference...”
