“I’ve stayed for 7 nights while visiting Melbourne. Room was clean, the staffs were nice and friendly. Easy parking the car. Good Wi-Fi can watch the Netflix at the room.”

OR, use the communal kitchen. (Literally as advertised before you rent the room). Yes, it is $250 for a bond deposit. (Also as advertised). If you look after your room, you get it back. 😉 I paid in cash so I got my money back the day I left. I do recommend paying cash since everyone is complaining about...

“The property manager met us on time and showed us the apartment, which was clean and had a spectacular view of the city from the balcony. The apartment contained everything a family of four would need. It was centrally located to High St where there were endless cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as a good boutique supermarket close by. Walking distance to both tram and train was a bonus when travelling into the CBD. I would highly recommend, and would come back.”
