“Travelled from Europe. Requested a room with a view on high floor. Got a room on ground floor with view to a parking lot. Poor customer service… Room not clean. Not offered housekeeping during our stay. AC to loud. Not adjustable. Old and worn furnitures. Pool is cold old and small. Worst of all was the odour from weed around us. The only good thing about this hotel is the location,”

“Central location, great view of the cruise ships arriving and leaving, walking distance to a range of restaurants and attractions, secure parking.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped apartment. Great location and we made good use of the pool. Katrina was easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Hopefully we can come again and escape the cold.”

“Location was fabulous close to so many restaurants and just an uber away from all you need. I will say my husband and I are in our 60’s so the shower in the bath I think would be quite challenging for anyone older. Even we were so very cautious trying to climb out without slipping over . Other than that accommodation was lovely. ”
