“A perfect way to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Lovely, spacious room, fantastic restaurants, courteous staff. Walking through the beautiful gardens and waterfalls was like being on a tropical island. Again, perfect!”

“The cleaning of rooms was not done. We stayed five days and they did not clean once. We needed to call down to get fresh towels. We even saw the lady one room over when leaving and we returned a little over one hour later to our room not being touched.”

“Lovely hotel in a great location. We loved the room and view from it. Also appreciated the games by the pool and the lounge/bar area. On the minus side I would warn you to not use the taxi service provided by their staff on the entry floor. I asked for help ringing a taxi on my first day to reach the conference hotel not far away (less than 10 min). I was ripped off when we arrived and the driver refused to lower the price. “I liked a few things about the property, the room was set up well. It was close in to town, the amenities were nice, especially the washer/dryer. It had a nice pool area which we enjoyed. The one thing which would stop me from staying again was the city noise. Unfortunately, each night during our stay we woke up because of a loud train horn. “Gorgeous room, shout out to the front desk, Nora and Mitchell. Breakfast was incredible, 5 stars for the variety, it's not just your usual boring American continental breakfast! A rotation of chicken tinga, pulled pork, and chorizo hash for your breakfast burrito. Will stay here again if ever back in Nashville.
