“I enjoyed the lobby, but my experience in room 209 fell short of my expectations. The refrigerator was unclean, and the carpet had stains that looked like someone had scribbled on it. I requested towels from the desk clerk but never received them; later, I learned they were short on towels, which seemed unusual for a hotel.
