“I have to give a huge shoutout to Dondre (I think that was his name) for giving us an early check in. We arrived so early around 7:30am and were so tired, and we thought we’d call and ask to check in by 12 or so… he let us check in at 9am and we were able to get some rest so we could catch up on work before the Eagles game. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE GO BIRDS!”
