“Dreadful. I want a refund. Displayed on the site as a cozy house in a quiet spot, the accommodation is back rooms of a dingy cafe, on a main road. No-one onsite - the 'service' amounts to someone on a remote phone, watching on cameras. Telling me that I had no reservation, and then 3 minutes later calling back to say they found the reservation, but it clashes with another reservation, and they had no room. Talking with a disembodied and uncivil person standing in a carpark was NOT HOW THE...

“Alice was a great host. The studio apartment was clean, cosy and had a very comfortable bed. Hazel, my chihuahua loved it so much she didn't want to leave! Alice provided a lattice to semi-fence off the yard near the studio. Permanent fencing to keep the dogs in and safe would be ideal. Also some ceramic dog water bowls, would be a nice touch. Thank you for having us Alice.”
