“Lovely personnel and the restaurant is great. I suppose you get what you pay for but there are two issues, one which is unsafe: 1. There is mold growing on the walls in the bathroom, I am not sure it should even be allowed to be rented out. Dirty large stains and holes in wall as well as worn out floors, door handles etc are the case too however they are minor issues compared to the mold. 2. If no one is in the reception you need to call and a robot -Charlie- will answer. This robot does not...

“Mysigt litet hotell 20 min utanför Glasgow. Gratis parkering och mysigt rum. Trevlig personal som var väldigt hjälpsam. Vacker trädgård att vistas i om man vill med stolar och bord. Det enda att klaga på var spindelnät uppe längs taket och några hårstrån på toalettgolvet.”

“I had mushrooms growing in my room. I discovered it in the morning of departure (just one night stay). When I told the lady in the reception all I got was, "Yeah, sorry about that, I'll talk to maitnenace". I also contacted customer service, they said they were sorry about my experience and then told me to take it up with Expedia. I will not stay at the Premier Inn Milngavie again”

“Yes to both. Room very clean. Staff friendly. We have two concerns. The main one was that the lift wasn't working and none of the rooms were on the ground, or first, floor. We weren't warned of this beforehand. There were also steps outside down to get to the hotel part and up to get to the restaurant part. Also, we found the room very very hot overnight and couldn't do anything about it. Otherwise fine.”

“Place was clean, hot rub not too much as we could see dirt, bugs and other things in it, Before booking i checked with owner if the hot tub is for 6 people which i was told it was but even 4 of us had issue while sitting in hot tub. As it felt congested. Hot tub is good for 3 people and maybe 4 max.”
