“This ranch is located in the middle of nowhere outside of Waco. They don’t offer any food or beverages so you have to make sure to bring it yourself or drive 20-30 minutes to nearest restaurant. The ranch itself was very pretty with all the animals and scenery. However, the room smelled like mold, there was a mushroom growing in the shower and a hole in the shower roof which looked like it will cave at any moment. ”

“There was no water in the pool. Breakfast was not that great. There were chips on our floor like it hadn’t been vacuumed. No wash rags. The staff was friendly. Sheets and towels were clean. The toilet seat was broken.”

“The cabin was amazing! There were little extra things like shampoo and conditioner and soap. Things that I actually did not expect but was amazing! The over all feeling was very cozy as soon as you walked in!We stayed for our anniversary was a great get away from everything for a weekend! We even got a chance to go Country Spring Vineyard! Would highly recommend for a intimate cozy get away!!! ”

Our family enjoys fishing and camping, so this location was perfect!! There are so many things to do at the ranch, everyone was entertained all weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly!”

“I cannot say enough great things about this property! The media room was everybody’s absolute favorite. We had a lovely time all the way around and had a hard time leaving this morning. We came down for our daughter’s birthday as she is a junior at Baylor! The house is very spacious with a great deal of natural light! It is so incredibly fun with all of the amenities as well as secluded. The hot tub was great… we couldn’t use the pool because the weather was too cold but it looked beautiful and...
