“This ranch is located in the middle of nowhere outside of Waco. They don’t offer any food or beverages so you have to make sure to bring it yourself or drive 20-30 minutes to nearest restaurant. The ranch itself was very pretty with all the animals and scenery. However, the room smelled like mold, there was a mushroom growing in the shower and a hole in the shower roof which looked like it will cave at any moment. ”

“Parking lot had a lot of trash, no wash cloths in bathroom. 10:30 at night desk person was asleep in a chair, service only til 8:00 am.”

“The cabin was set in a serene pasture with long horn cattle nearby. The ducks around the pond were fun to watch. The bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this rental.”

“The house was clean and large enough to accommodate a big family. Host was easy to contact and quick with communication. We did have a septic alarm go off multiple times during our visit. The host was helpful in telling us how to turn it off. Also know that the house is a good twenty minutes south of the town and some of the roads to get there are gravel/ dirt roads. Over all the house was very nice.”

“We had a very nice time staying over the Baylor family weekend. The cabin is very cozy with nice views. We enjoyed watching the deer out the back windows. Although we did not have a need to contact the host, he checked in on us to make sure all was good. We will definitely saty again in the near future.”
