“This ranch is located in the middle of nowhere outside of Waco. They don’t offer any food or beverages so you have to make sure to bring it yourself or drive 20-30 minutes to nearest restaurant. The ranch itself was very pretty with all the animals and scenery. However, the room smelled like mold, there was a mushroom growing in the shower and a hole in the shower roof which looked like it will cave at any moment. ”

“Do not check in or out on Sundays, as there is basically no staff on site! We only needed to stay one night as an emergency, so can't say if this location is decent on other days, but our check in experience was horrible. The room itself was fine, nothing to complain about.”

“The cabin was amazing! There were little extra things like shampoo and conditioner and soap. Things that I actually did not expect but was amazing! The over all feeling was very cozy as soon as you walked in!We stayed for our anniversary was a great get away from everything for a weekend! We even got a chance to go Country Spring Vineyard! Would highly recommend for a intimate cozy get away!!! ”

“We travel with an RV full time. We’ve been very blessed with the life until serious illness hit our family. We’ve stayed in our hometown of Boerne taking care of family members. My daughter lives in Arlington and we decided to meet in Waco for lunch. We were ready for a couple of nights away from Boerne. I found this place in the process. “A most peaceful, life affirming property. There was a large party the evening we were there and we never heard a sound after going in for the evening and early the following morning the property was exceptionally clean.”

“We rented the boathouse for our family for my daughter’s graduation from Baylor. It was perfect because it’s close enough to Waco but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Our family enjoys fishing and camping, so this location was perfect!! There are so many things to do at the ranch, everyone was entertained all weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly!”

“This house was amazing. Had everything we needed and more. Fit our family perfectly as we had a weekend stay for my daughter’s graduation from Baylor. Easy to get to and neighborhood was quiet. We had no issues with check-in, plenty of amenities, and host sent all directions for our stay. ”

“Overall, it was a nice place. The kids loved the pickle ball and the donkeys outside. The house was clean and there was plenty of space for us. But, we were within 15 minutes of canceling because the host did not respond to us or give us check-in instructions. We had to talk to half the population of India to finally get somebody to get a hold of the host to get us the codes and the check-in instructions. The house has all concrete floors and no rugs. “The description was a little misleading. Its an old garage or something converted into a little house. The ac in the 2single bed bedrooms basically didnt work. We enjoyed it overall and the quietness.”
