“This ranch is located in the middle of nowhere outside of Waco. They don’t offer any food or beverages so you have to make sure to bring it yourself or drive 20-30 minutes to nearest restaurant. The ranch itself was very pretty with all the animals and scenery. However, the room smelled like mold, there was a mushroom growing in the shower and a hole in the shower roof which looked like it will cave at any moment. ”

“This house had the essentials and was so quaint and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a perfect location, just one block from all things Magnolia. After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was located amid other rental properties and was easy to get around all the great things to do in Waco. We had a wonderful time!”

“It was perfect for our family stay. 4 adults, and 4 children ages 12,10, 4 and 9 months. The parents of the 2 oldest children live in Waco and joined us during the day. I truly believe the spacious living/kitchen/dinning area was the main contributing factor in the enjoyment of our visit. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kids LOVED the garage conversion. My daughter with the 9 month old greatly appreciated and enjoyed the sweet nursery next to their bedroom. This is one Mother’s Day I will...

Don't sleep here when the backyard has a live perf

"Don't sleep here, at least not on a Saturday. The rooms were good but our room faced some that played incredibly loud music until 2 in the morning so we didn't sleep well, which is the point of a hotel. They could have warned us, given us earplugs, another room and or compensation. No one should fool me that they didn't know anything. Apparently Backyard has gigs every Saturday."
