“We stayed in the cottages, which overlooked the Missouri river and railroad tracks. I enjoyed setting on the deck in the evening watching them. The cottage we stayed in met or exceeded our expectations. We will stay there again. One thing we found out is that most of the restaurants in Herman close on Tuesday and Wednesday so we will not be staying in Hermann on those evenings again. We will come in on Wednesday ( The Tin Mill was open and good on both Tuesday and Wednesday) and leave on...

Warm, charming, vintage plenty of space either upstairs or downstairs. A note to mention the upstairs rooms do not have televisions. Coffee makers in rooms, plenty of towels, bottled water and tea available anytime and walkable to Main Street in Hermann. Delightful stay!”

“If you like the feel of an era of a time gone by, you will not be disappointed. This place has been restored to spindler and makes the entire place easier to just relax. The staff on duty were attentive without being intrusive and we were able to be ourselves. I really hope we get a chance to return as I would really really enjoy a longer stay.”

“This property is newly renovated. Everything in the rooms was brand new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient right outside the room. They had no rooms (yet) that were handicap accessible and no breakfast, although several breakfast options are nearby. I will stay there again. ”
