“I had an issue with an Expedia voucher because I did not receive the full amount that was stated on the voucher. The voucher clearly said I was entitled to two drinks and two snacks, but I was told different things by different staff members. “From the time we arrived through check out every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered assistance. Check-in was very smooth. We arrived about an hour and half early and we were able to check-in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm. It was my first visit. I’ll definitely be back.”

“The dishwashers was left for us to unload when we arrived. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The only vent in the bedroom is blocked by the bed, so sleeping was difficult due to being hot. There is no fan in the bedroom to help circulates the air.The good thing is that the owners were very kind and helpful when asked questions.The cabin is close to the river where you just walk across the property to fish or enjoy the river. The road/area was not busy. Very private. ”

“A cosy old hotel in a typical old Savannah house with very friendy atmosphere and helpful staff. Nice rooms without AC but a good working fan in the ceiling. Afternoon wine and snacks in the "living-room" are served complimentary by the hotel. Very pleasant breakfast that you eat in the old kitchen with the chef making it for you while chatting.”
