“Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience. I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.”

“Went to check in after reserving a room through Expedia and they didn’t have a room for us or any room open. Had to go to another hotel late at night.”

“Spacious and clean, close to everything”

“We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

“The property was quiet and in a wonderful area.”

“The experience was okay. We had issue with the door lock when we arrived had to wait for the host to show up and let us in. The closet handle was broken also the balcony furniture was broken. The towels had an odor so we had to wash them. The spring bed wasn’t comfortable.”

“Great communication with the host! The place was super clean, felt very safe, and was in a great location. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Great experience”
