“Front desk were not friendly, it was like they tolerated you. Had seen some guest ask guy at desk for towels and he turned around and got them out of the cabinet. Next day when a woman was at the desk and we ask for towels she told us to go to a room near the pool. She said if they did not have towels there that she would have to go to the basement. ”

“The view from the room is breathtaking. Location to local stores and restaurants is perfect. The rooms are very dated, which I expected; however, the room was not cleaned... I washed the toilet and floor and dusted with a damp washcloth. The cloth was black when I finished. I noticed that the bottoms of my feet were black. I had only been walking around in my room.
