Hotell med wi-fi i Ghana

“I stayed in this hotel for few days. Customer service needs improved. Got better service from the male staff than the female staff. Wifi and TV in my room did not work through out my stay even though I reported about the wifi. I had so much expectation knowing that the hotel Is located in a vibrant place like Osu but got disappointed.”

“The staff was courteous and professional. My room was cleaned daily by the very sweet Paulina who didn't hesitate in accommodating me.However,there was one incident I experience in the cafe on 2/13 around 3 pm. The young lady served me, took it unpon her self to keep my 30 cedis. It was an incident that you don't know- what just happen. I like The Roots and I would stat again. ”

“+ Very nice and service-minded staff att all facilities. + Good breakfast + Shuttle to/from airport - Very bad and unstable WiFi (seen complains about this from long time back and can't rellay understand why they don't just fix it knowing how central this is for business-travellers these days). Had to sit as close as possible to the window to get a good signal but the wifi sometimes just dropped anyway for no reason. - Although the breakfast was good I really miss my espresso in the morning but...
