“Staff was extremely helpful, but facility appeared to just be waiting for the updates. We were initially given 2 towels for 2 people staying for 3 days. We had to ask for more. The only ice machine was broken all three days. Breakfast was very minimal. Only cereal was fruit loops and lucky charms and no milk. It is close to the beach and the pier village which was the reason for our selection. We were located on the lobby floor and I would recommend a 2nd or 3rd floor rooms. The top floor rooms...

“I’m a professional cleaner and organizer, so the first things I notice are how clean & well-stocked a room is. The Hampton doesn’t disappoint! I was traveling for work and loved the convenience of the location (gotta love the quick access to the Starbucks across the street!), and the easy check in was seamless. The bed was so comfy, and it felt great to come back after a long day of work and hop in the pool. Thank you for turning my work trip into a treat!”

“There was a mix up in the location. We thought that we had reserved a hotel at Jekyll Island, but we later found out later that it was reserved at St. Simons Island. We called Expedia and was going over the issue and in the middle of the conversion they hung up. We ended up going home, we thought we did not have a room for the night. There were no rooms at any of the hotels on Jekyll Island that night.”
