“Joe was outstanding at check-in! Great personality, friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was substantial. The shower was great! My biggest complaint was that we were on the second floor and there is no elevator so we had to make numerous trips to haul our suitcases, cooler, dry goods box, etc. up the stairs. I am handicapped and my husbandis 78. Also, we asked for a room with a view and didn’t get one.”

“The visual check in was little bit tricky. But a nice man helped us with door keys and keycode. So it was a pleasant stay anyway. Room was ok and clean!”

“We arrived late. The office was closed, but there was a notice on the office door directing us to our room. The room door was unlocked. On the table was the key and information concerning our stay. Everything was better than described in the booking ad. In the light of morning we saw the yard next to the building had chairs, an area with chairs & a table under a canopy for shade. This is a definite place we will stay when in the Ironwood area.”

“I have never been let down here. The property is beautiful, the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There are many things to do in Ironwood and this is a great home base!!”

“Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me”

“Nothing, it was an old dilapidated, no staff no lights. No cars in parking lot It doesn't exist Very disappointed.”

“The hosts went above and beyond to provide amazing service. We received a reach out prior to coming, a tour when we got there and recommendations on where to rent sleds and a list of restaurants to go to dinner. One of us got hurt sledding, and they went above and beyond to help us with that unfortunate period event, which had nothing to do with renting us a room.”

“We had a great stay at this cabin. The place was very clean and well kept, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We really appreciated the extra coffee they had available — that was a nice touch. The location is perfect for snowmobiling since it’s right on the trail, and it was also very easy to find. Overall, a great spot and we’d definitely stay here again.”
