“On the plus side... It was inexpensive, our room had a little balcony with a view of the ocean, it was pretty quiet, the linens and the room in general was clean, breakfast was pretty good. Negatives... Our room was too far from the router to get wi-fi signal, not even with the one that was supposed to work for the back rooms, staff tried to help but were not tech savvy. “Overall the stay was wonderful, the only complaint I have was the elevator takes forever to go up or down and the hot tub got shut down on the second day I was there. But other than that. It was wonderful.”

“It’s a beautiful hotel with a trail right to the beach. Pool on site open late. Restaurants off location is one down side but everything is within walking distance We will stay here again for sure!!”

“The room we got was not the same one as in the pictures on Hotels.com, not even close. The pool, which was the reason for us booking this very expensive hotel room, was closed, and we didn't receive any notion of this before our arrival (although it was pretty obvious it had been closed a while). We brought this to the staff's attention, and at first they were completely ignorant. At some point they left a note for us in our room and treated us to a free breakdast. At least that was something.”

“Unfortunately, our room was dirty and the furniture had stains so we checked out about 20 minutes after checking in. The front desk agent was very helpful with getting a refund from expedia and once we checked in to another motel, we had a great weekend in Ocean Shores!”
