“DISLIKED! Reserved a handicapped assessable room. None were available!!! We were upgraded to a premium room (we appreciated the effort to accommodate); however my wife was unable to shower and the toilet seat was very low. The staff was nice!!”

“The room 303 needs some work. Air conditioner truely was on last leg. When it came on, sounds like 3 cats are in there fighting. It smelled a bit. There were things left by the previous guest still in the room. Thankfully I travel with my own wash clothes and towels because those also looked like they were still there from the previous guest. “The property was horrible. The bed had a whole in the side of the mattress. The platform bed was almost on the floor I wished I could attach pictures. Initially I was going to cancel the room. Then the sent me a email thanking me and stated they had renovations. THAT WAS A LIE! STAY AWAY!!”

“The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty.”
