“"Terrible experience—don't waste your time or money. They double-booked and canceled my reservation without informing me until the day of my arrival. They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund. Ridiculous!"”

“I love the location of the property because it was directly close to the boardwalk and that’s exactly what I needed. It was two minutes by car and seven minutes by foot. Some of the things I didn’t not like about the hotel is there are a lot of stray hairs on the floor so I’m not sure when they’re cleaning if they’re not using a swiffer, but there was a lot of hair all over the floor in the bathrooms the carpets could use an update, but overall the room itself was great. I love that they are...
