“I gave excellent reviews because the of the price of $83/night. The property is clean and sufficient for a place to sleep. TV, pool, ice, and laundry. Breakfast is minimal, but serve both hot and cold foods. If you are looking for fancy or more amenities, this isn’t it.”

The landings to sit and relax by the water was wonderful. tWe truly enjoyed watching he deer and birds every morning and evening.The only thing missing in this cabin is a dishwasher otherwise it is perfect! “The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good.”
