“Hotell med trevligt bemötande, bra incheckning, bra frukost.”

“Older property but well maintained.”

“För detta pris var det perfekt. Rena lakarn och städat. Tv fungerade inte men plus för mikro så det gick att värma mat! Ungdomarna tycktet det var spännande att bo som i filmen terminator...😉”

“Nice comfortable bed and clean room.”

“Det var ganska rent och fint och nära motorvägen. Enkel frukost.”

“The room had 1 wooden chair and 2 beds, the bathroom door would not latch. The hallway was flooded after not even a bad rain, wallpaper peeling.”

“We went here for a month to visit some family and have some fun. The house is at a great location with things to do and the town is close to other states to either go shopping or explore. We loved our stay and would love to come back one day! ”

“It is being renovated, NOT newly”

“We stayed the week of the 4th of July. It is a peaceful rural setting on the river. The sound of the river moving along the deep pools and across shallow rocks is so tranquil. Each evening they open the dam and flood the river with fresh water which recedes by morning. This process keeps the river from becoming stagnant and it is a wonderful place to play in the water and search for rocks along the gravel bars. The house is perfect for a large group where everyone wants their own separate...

“The place served its purpose. We needed a place to sleep and it was great for that. I wish the listing would of said there is another suite above the property. The host answered questions very quickly and overall it was an easy process.”

“Fantastic choice In my opinion it was better than advertised Outstanding!5 ”

“Very nice stay and owners were very responsive when messaged. Very clean and the departure instructions were clear. I would definitely stay again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at River Oaks. The house was perfect for our two families with 7 kids ages 19-5. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool table was a huge hit. The only downside was that the weather didn’t cooperate at all. Historical rainfall meant the river was not swimmable while we were there. Also, we were on a river in summertime so the bugs loved the area as well. I highly recommend taking advantage of the screened in porch in the evenings. It’s a great...

“Just what we needed for the area at a great price”

“The place is perfect for multiple families, very spread out and great for the kids! They had a blast in the creek behind the house and it’s close to town and Crater of Diamonds. We brought an expandable gate for the porch so our dogs had plenty of space to enjoy the wrap around porch as well.”

“Great place! We had 3 families and we fit perfectly! You’re close to the state park and a few attractions but we loved putting the provided chairs in the water and just relaxing.”

“We enjoyed our stay with comfortable bedding, multiple bathrooms, spacious all around! Absolutely loved the screened porch to enjoy the outdoors without bugs! Private entrance to the river, view was on point and worth every penny!”
