“Planned a staying for 5 days, did not have any hot water for duration of stay manager called maintenance. He informed us that we have to run the hot water for 30-45 minutes before it will get hot. Beds are hard and second floor ameels like sewage. Front desk said that it was probably the ice machine again. ”

The condition of the room was honestly probably the worst I’ve seen of the many La Quintas I’ve stayed at. The shower walls had cracks, edges needed caulking and there was visible mildew. The furniture had a lot of damage and stains. The bedding had a yellow stain on top. The main door to the room clearly didn’t fit the...

“The fires in courtyard create a lot of smoke in the room. Very uncomfortable! Also the showerhead in #113 is very uncomfortable. Likes pins sticking you. Needs adjustment. ”
