“This was a perfect retreat during our roadtrip to get away from cities and roads. We already had a good experience with Kentucky parks, and this just confirmed our view. For what you get out of the stay it was not that expensive. There is a small pool with sunchairs, which were at most half occupied. “The property could use upgrades. The bathrooms are in need of new grout, maybe new shower/tub, ceiling, & there were no amenities, like cups. The floors are vinyl/hardwood look alike. I felt like I should wear shoes or socks all the time. No carpet. Not even low pile kind. My son left a couple of items behind by mistake. They said I had to come back & get them. What? No offer for shipping! What the heck! What are travelers supposed to do? I would pay for shipping. The staff did not offer...

“Everything was clean, well thought out and worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and generous hours.”

“Nice quiet, clean room. Nothing fancy but a very comfortable place to rest at the end of the day. Pleasantly surprised finding both a microwave and decent size fridge in the room. The room was also well lit with multiple options for lighting the room.”

“Really nice retro cabin with all the amenities you need for some good family time! Convenient location so easy to do all sorts of trips to surrounding areas, go shopping etc. In the nature so lots of peace and quiet. Will definitely come again with the family!”

“The house needs a lot of work, peeling paint , cracks in woodwork, mold at bottom of living room window, and light bulbs out everywhere. There is a very strong mildew odor. Host has 2 dehumidifiers running constantly which indicates a lot of moisture. It is a charming house that needs a major makeover.”

“Cute little home for our weekend stay. Had everything we needed. A/c was great in each room as well.”

“It was a pleasant stay. Thank you. ”

“Nice clean space with room for everything we needed. Host was quick to always keep us up to date on our reservation, check in and check out.One minor issue was resolved immediately. Would stay here again although it's not fenced in on one side so luckily that was not an issue for us.”

“Excellent communication! No issues at all very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again!”

“Thank you for a great stay! We will be back”

“Great home. Would upgrade the mattress in second upstairs bedroom. ”

“Varey nice property. Clean and quiet atmosphere. My daughter loved the pond and the big comfy couch. Only bad thing is bring bug spray if your going to have a campfire. 10/10.”
