“Semua ok kecuali bilik hotel, lantai kotor. Pintu toilet patut diperbaiki. Lantai juga perlu di tukar agar lebih hygiene.”

“Rats! Rats! Rats! In almost every room. Couldnt sleep because of it. No small rats either. ”

“Slitet Hotel med läge nära shoppingcenter. ”

“The room was okay, noting special but an okay room. The door was very light and thin so noice came in through the visible gaps. The AC was super cold no matter what temp setting used. The breakfast is a voucher for either starbucks or another place so don't get it just buy what you want from the same places. Elevators were super weird and it sometimes took minutes waiting for elevators that seemed to go without any real logic. Hard to see I'll stay here next time since there are other options...

“The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

“Time to upgrade”

“New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. ”

This is one of the main advantages of staying at this hotel, as there are plenty of options for food and activities within the surrounding area. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. First, the parking arrangements could be improved. Unlike some other hotels, the parking is not complimentary or reserved for...

“Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ok, aber für jede Kleinigkeit musste extra bezahlt werden (z.B. zusätzliches Kopfkissen). Den in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Shuttle-Service gibt es nicht! Die Fahrt vom Airport zum Hotel mussten wir selbst organisieren!”

“Not suitable for families, specially with children. Used for not so good reasons,”
