My son went down one slide with a life jacket and the second time was told he couldn’t wear that one. He had to wear one that buckled in the back not in the front. “The hot tub was not working, again, upon our 2nd family trip/stay. We had no in-hotel access to ice or amenities, without going outdoors, and entering back into the main portion of the hotel. And there was no in-room telephone, with which to contact the main desk, or anyone at all.”

“This hotel was perfect. Our room was poolside as requested for the grand kids and the room was very comfortable. There is also an Old Chicago Pizza restaurant on location that we all really enjoyed!”
