“This place was an absolute disappointment and far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, the property felt neglected and in serious disrepair. The condition was shocking—missing carpet, exposed areas without proper drywall, a terrible parking lot, and overall cleanliness issues throughout. “someone was on the phone talking really loud at midnight. the front door wasnt locked at all throughout the night. the sink was clogged in the bathroom. ”

“Bath tub was bad. Dark brown towels and wash cloths to hide dirt. Rust stains, bad water temperature control. I had to stand outside in 20F weather and call to "check in". ”

“The cabin was a little on the cold side but it was -4 degrees outside. Also, some blankets had dog hair unfortunately some of us were allergic to dogs which the owner did not know about. Overall very nice and clean cabin. We have family in Side Lake so we knew the area well. ”

“It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it.”

“This stay was fabulous. Real wood fireplace cozy setting overlooking golf course. The ambiance was very welcoming . Did i mention the steam shower? Never been anywhere that had this great amenity. Thanks much. Would highly recommend this condo owner very accommodating. ”
