“Pool was closed on arrival and for duration of stay. Room could have been cleaner.”

“The pool wasnt working when I got there but that is okay. The place was clean enough but did feel humid. The staff are attentive and helpful. The beds were too firm and I could not sleep at all but that is more of a preference thing. Breakfast was edible at least.”

“This hotel has everything you need, right down to the utensils! The check-in process was different than other hotels as they require you to have payment withdrawn at noon or they cancel your reservation. I switch money to that account when I check in, not before. They canceled my reservation but was able to reinstate it when I got there. I asked if I would get the same room, which was an accessible room, and he said yes. However, I didn’t get an accessible room which was a major inconvenience...

“DO NOT STAY IN THE FRONT SIDE! The rooms that face the street are extremely loud because of traffic that continues until after midnight and, in my experience started up again at 4 AM. I had a grand total of four hours of sleep the first night! I insisted on being moved which they did accommodate me. However, they charged me more to move to a quiet room on the backside of the building.”

“The room was a handicapped room and the shower was too level with the rest of the bathroom and it got water throughout the bathroom floor. ”

“The TV didn’t Mark the remote and the Internet is so complicated it takes a master electronic engineer to figure it out so we had no TV they did offer us another room but it was an upstairs floor and we said no overall I’d probably find a different place to stay”

“Wildwood Resort is an excellent place offering peace and quiet just don't go there in their offseason. A major drawback is the resort does not have any backup power such as a generator for IF the power goes out. During my stay there was a cold, windy,, rainy storm and the electricity went out and was out all night it was very cold in the 30's outside and it got very cold in my unit. I went to the office and a note was on the door saying that the staff had left early. There was no one available...

“Overall, better than expected. Property/room condition wasn’t great, but just felt dated more than actually dirty. There was an odd aroma in the room when we got there. Not a terrible smell, more of a mustiness from the AC/Heat not being on for a while. The room was a non-smoking room, but the couch had an odor of cigarette smoke; I only noticed it when I laid out on it for a bit. I also noticed the smoke detector was missing above the door, but wasn’t able to mention it to the staff, as we were...

“The hotel is good but the breakfast could be better, but that goes for almost all hotels in the US. ”

“Bra hotell på alla sätt. Fräscht och sköna sängar. Närområdet är lite trist men det går att gå till Logans Roadhouse en bit bort - det finns faktiskt trottoar!! God mat och goda drinkar. I området finns Burgess falls som rekommenderas starkt. Vi stannade en natt för att det blev för långt att köra in till Nashville och det var perfekt.”

“Good not great. The night girl who checked me in was so kind and nice and helpful. Clean, nice room, just older building and because of that the ambient noise is just loud. The adjacent rooms kids a dog and blaring TV were just alot a little late at night and very early. Which is more about thoughtless people unaware of their surroundings, but a newer building those sounds and also type of people won't be an issue. Great value for what it was. Mostly enjoyed”
