“This is like home away from home. I pets were allowed access to the wonderful fenced in backyard. Our children recently moved to TN and the house happened to be 7 min. From their. It allowed us to enjoy Christmas day as a family. We will definitely choose to stay here again. The property management is very responsive and attentive about if anything is needed. It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. From downtown Cookeville. There are many state parks nearby also.”

“Had a great 25th anniversary get away! This location is close to several waterfalls. We brought our kayaks, kayaked to the bottom of Burgess falls. Then drove to the park, to hike and enjoy the scenery of top of the falls. The room had plenty of towels and wash rags. Love that the room had starter paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold!! Check in was a breeze! The host was available via phone call for any questions.”
