“Town area”

“This is a Sharia compliant hotel. So, no alcohol and no in room movies or western TV channels. The food is very unimpressive and the wifi works at glacial speeds. On the plus side it's very easy to access from airport (less than 5 minutes by taxi and my room was spacious and clean (it was designated as a suite). There is a well equipped conference centre and ballroom/meeting rooms. The staff are friendly but clearly not challenged by "normal" tourist standards.”

“A very pleasant 2 day stay at the hotel. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. I used the gym and swimming facilities and both were good. I used the hotel for breakfast and for evening meals and both were very good with a wide range of selection. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous. The main tourist sites within the city were only 15 minutes drive away or 12 Ringgit (£2) by taxi. ”
