“Several parts of the room were falling apart, the ceiling near the air conditioner was mouldy, the ironing board holder wasn't screwed to the wall, the towel hanger was hanging off. The bathroom bath plug was filled with hair. In the bathroom we encountered a cockroach. The floor was constantly wet possibly due to the bath or toilet leaking. The do not disturb and clean room buttons were broken, thankfully they had signs... But they only cleaned our room once over 3 days so we had to buy toilet...

“While the hotel is already run down, house keeping services were good to compliment our stay. The smell of the room was damp as if it was not occupied by customer quite a while. I had to spray some air freshener before I could breath comfortably. Breakfast spread could be much better with more variety of food to keep up with the 'resort' standard.”

“It is next to a mosk. Can be very loud. The beds are uncomfortable. When it says 1 queen bed or 2 single beds. You are getting 2 single beds. One for sex, one for sleep.”
