“Clean spacious room and bathroom”

“We really like this hotel and have stayed there a number of times. My only complaint: there is a smell in the lobby that is like sewage. I mentioned this to staff. One said others have mentioned it. Thank god our room didn’t the smell. I was in town for a party for my mom and I told friends to stay there. They too said “why is there a sewer odor?” Corporate has got to address this!!!”

The hosts were fantastic with communication from start to finish and were incredibly responsive, even coming quickly to help us with the electric fireplace.
