“As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. The ski room is practical with heated lockers, but lockers are not secured and there is no visible surveillance. The...

“It’s like a lottery with this accommodation , your room size and whether you get any room cupboard space or even a shower cubicle you can actually fit in to or a stand up shower bath tub all depends on which room and floor you get . It’s an absolute joke that every time I book here I always have to complain about the room . ”

“Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points. breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good! Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new! Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing. “Perfect location, ski in ski out. Spacious rooms clean and tidy. We always stay with this franchise never disappointed. ”

“The hotel is in need of updating. As it was the last week they were running down food supplies so the food for breakfast and dinner got less and less with very little choice. The staff did not seem to care when the food and drink ran out. The hotel did not purchase more for example the bacon and tomato ketchup ran out mid week and no more was purchased. ”

“The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.”

“The hotel is perfect for a snow trip. Ski in and out, excelente breakfast and dinner (half board), ski lockers and acomodations. There are laisy chairs in front of the hotel with Amazing views for a drink or a coffee after ski. Also a little bar window with crepes. Belle Plagne is the coziest Place in the area. 10 out of 10. ”

“Es un lugar maravilloso! El hotel queda inmerso en la montaña y queda literal en medio de pistas de ski. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado (cocina con todos los electrodomésticos) y es muy agradable, con una vista hermosa de la montaña. Además en el complejo hay restaurantes y un mini-supermercado muy surtido. Había leído un comentario que decía que casi no se conseguía viveres y me preocupaba, pero es muy fácil.”
