“La chambre exécutive pour laquelle j’ai payée ne ressemblait nullement à la description donnée par l’hôtel; aucun balcon, un frigo à vin ne permettant pas de mettre ma nourriture et sans congélateur pour y ranger les « ice pac », absence de cafetier, une seule débarbouillette pour deux personnes, absence de support à bagages, et de meubles pour suspendre le linge, porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas… Il nous a été impossible de rencontrer le personnel, ni le soir à notre arrivée, le le matin...
