“Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.”

“An amazing house just outside the city centre. A very varm welcome from the man in the house who happily gave recommendations about what to do and eat in the area. I can recommend.”

“2 adults and 2 teenagers stopped for 1 night en route to Niagara falls. Pleasant hotel centrally located and noted that efforts had been made to raise the hotel's status, for example wooden panels and pictures in the lobby and on the outside (fake) shutters, chimneys and sloped roof. Hotel had a small pool but also a jacuzzi, the gym only had running/walking machines. Breakfast included which was OK and for once with some normal (reusable) bowls and spoons. “This was first time using Vrbo, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However my expectations, were far exceeded. When we first arrived, the host was extremely friendly, and noted places to go and eat. When we arrived at the cabin, it was exactly how it looks in the pictures. He, once again explained everything in detail how allof it works. The host was very informative. The cabin it self was great, and private. The only noise we heard was the water going downstream. There was a train, nearby. However...

“Very cool location. All we needed and very cozy. Should probably plan for high clearance vehicle to access (had some trouble in my Prius). Kitchen had good basics, but personally, I'd add a kettle for boiling water. Scenery was amazing, and Hosts were great.”

“Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay this past weekend. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everyday needs. We were allowed to use the shower in the barn, which was a great surprise.
