“Not what I’m use too but service purposes”

“Absolutely horrible. Mold, bugs, smoke smell, live wires, stains, graffiti, holes in the wall. NOT AS DESCRIBED. we immediately walked out of there and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t give us a refunded because “the owner is a scammer.” Couldn’t even set our stuff down in there.”

“The property was everything my friends and I needed, and then some, for our group hiking trips in the Ozarks.”

“Everything was fine, but the bed in the south bedroom was not level. The mattress in the north bedroom was sagging and should be replaced. We still had a good experiance.”

“This cottage was decorated beautifully in a Paris, France theme with many thoughtful touches like coffee, water, snacks, laundry pods for the washing machine... and even a lock was provided to put on the fence near the "Eiffel Tower" downtown! It was super clean, close to the center of Paris, and the entrance to Mount Magazine. The owner answered our questions quickly and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend staying here : )”

“Clean home with everything you need. House is old but with lots of character and charm. Felt like we were visiting grandma. Located in Paris. Easy entry and communication with host. Past guests had stained furniture in television area which is disappointing. About 1/2 hr drive to mt magazine st park and 1hr to petit Jean. Enjoyed our stay. Eat at Prestonrose farm if there when open. ”

“The treehouse is a great place for anyone looking to explore the mount magazine area. It has all the basic necessities and a great firepit/patio area. The stairs into the sleeping loft are steep but rails on either side make it pretty easy to get up and down. The view from the front deck or loft is excellent. Friendly host and had everything we could need. Would not hesitate to book again.”

“The house was clean, but smelled like it needed to be aired out. We bought some Febreeze and that helped a lot. The gnats and ladybugs were more than we expected. ”

“We had a great time. Everything was as described and perfect for what we wanted in this stay. We loved the outdoor area and the bench swing set up feet away. Will definitely book here again when in the area and can’t wait to check out some other properties this host has to offer. Overall everything was great with easy check in check out and great vibe ”

“The house was clean and the water would get hot. The beds were comfy and nice. Any question the owner was quick on response. There was plenty of signs to help us navigate anything - tv, trash, what to do. Nice get-away. ”

“I cannot really say enough about how kindly we were treated while we were here. I had some special requests and they were given without hesitation. The place is beautiful. It’s well done and I love feeling like we were practically the first people to use the place (though I’m sure that isn’t the case) I think this will be the first place I look for every time I come back to visit.”
